You will be totally pampered in your home away from home luxury Jamaican experience and you become our complete priority.
\nEach of our 3 bedroom features a private bath.
The two bedrooms on the second floor are uniquely connected by an inside balcony and an outside terrace.
The downstairs bedroom opens onto the sun kissed pool deck.
\nAll bedrooms are air conditioned, with a cool natural breeze when doors and windows are open.
The living room is two stories high separating the upstairs bedrooms.
\nAnother great feature of this Villa bringing the outside in is our little garden under the spiral staircase.
\nMeals are prepared by your very own cook.
You can eat your meals in the dining room or on the 40 foot terrace overlooking the sun kissed pool deck.
The cook can assist you in shopping and will prepare all meals in either American or Jamaican cuisine.
\nThe Villa is located on 1 acre of land surrounded by many different tropical flowers and fruit trees, you may be fortunate enough during your stay with us to sample home grown oranges, grapefruit, limes, bananas, plantain, papaya, coconut and a favorite of our previous guests are our home grown naseberrie's.
\nFor your entertainment the Villa features cable television, a DVD player, radio and a CD player.
The Villa offers the most beautiful views from the porch of your bedroom that overlooks the sun kissed pool deck, local golf courses and he clear crystal waters of the amazing Caribbean sea.
\nWhy would you stay at this Villa instead of a hotel? Well you will receive personal attention you will be well looked after by our experienced staff team.
Both Ivalyn, the cook (Additional $50 per week) and Clinton, the gardener have extended service at this property for many years.
\nClinton the gardener, lives in separate quarters at the Villa.
At the beginning of your trip you will discuss with Ivalyn when you usually like to eat, what types of food you like and how you would like it prepared.
\nYour room is cleaned and made up every day.
Clinton cleans the pool and the patio furniture.
He serves meals and supports the cook to maintain the kitchen.
When there are five or more people staying at the Villa, we add an additional maid.
Personal laundry will be done once or twice a week.
Our staff are very experienced and provide excellent care and attention to the needs of our all guests.
\nYou and your party will have the whole Villa to yourselves.
Each room has its own en-suite bathroom.
You have the choice of AC, ceiling fans or natural cool breeze.

\nTERMS AND CONDITIONS\nContract of Hire\nAll bookings are accepted by the Property Manager and are subject to these conditions which are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party.
Once you book, all agreements of rental policy are enforced.
You understand by booking your selected property, that you have agreed to follow The Property Manager's Terms & Conditions.
All rates are subject to change before you have officially booked & paid for your accommodation.
\nWhat is not included?\nThe prices do not include Travel/Damage or Cancellation insurance, travel, transportation, airport transfers unless it is stated in your Quotation or Booking confirmation.
\nDirections and Local Contact Numbers\nSecurity Deposits\nAny security deposits that have been paid will be refunded to you by either PayPal or via Bank Transfer in USD Dollars, unless otherwise agreed within 7 working days from departure.
\nUnforeseen Events\nIn the unlikely event that a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Paradise Resorts Management, the hirer will be offered alternative accommodation at the same price if available or a full refund of monies paid at that time.
In the event that no suitable accommodation can be offered then a full refund of monies already paid for the villa rental will be refunded.
Any refund is restricted to the property hire costs and we are not liable for any cancellation or administration charges for travel arrangements, etc.
\nResponsibilities\nNeither The Property Manager nor their representatives can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness, swimming pool maintenance, emptying of swimming pool for necessary maintenance, failure of any public service supply.
\nInjury and Damage\nThe Property Manager acts as a booking agent on behalf of the owners of the properties we offer and, as such, your agreement is with the owner.
We do not have any responsibility to compensate you for any personal injury, illness, death, loss or damage of whatever nature suffered by you, or any member of your party, during the booking period or thereafter.
\nOccupancy\nOnly persons named on the reservation may occupy our properties.
The properties cannot be re-let or sublet to any other group/party or individual without the written approval of the owners.
Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified in the property description, or booking form, occupy the property except by prior written agreement.
Animals are not permitted to stay at any of our properties.
\nRenter's Responsibility\nThe renter is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents including all equipment, furniture, utensils, etc.
\nGratuity\nThe staff expects gratuity when guests stay at the property - just as you would in a restaurant, etc.
We believe this gives them a greater incentive to provide top quality service.
Therefore we suggest that guests adhere to the following schedule:\n15% Gratuity on departure of the rental rate (or more) for Low-Season Rentals\n10% Gratuity of the rental rate (or more) for Peak/High-Season Rentals\nLoss/Damage\nA STANDARD REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $100 for Apartments must be paid directly to the Property Manager upon arrival.
(unless otherwise advised or damage waiver cover has been purchased) This deposit is held against loss of any keys damage to the property, furnishings, excessive cleaning requirements or unnecessary call-outs.
Any defects or deficiencies must be reported within 24 hours of your arrival.
After this time it will be assumed that everything is in order.
\nComplaints\nIn the unlikely event that you have a complaint about the property or its contents whilst on holiday, it must be reported immediately to The Property Manager or its representatives who will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter on behalf and in liaison with the owner of the property.
Neither, The Property Manager or their representatives shall have any liability for any complaint submitted after the completion of the hire period.
\nWe regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by 'force majeure'.
Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government action or other events outside our control.

Datorită situației legate de pandemia COVID19, vă rugăm să fiți conștienți de faptul că circumstanțele se pot schimba în timp, în funcție de perioada dumneavoastră de călătorie și legate de destinație în general și de hotel în particular. Iată câteva exemple care ar putea fi impuse: vize speciale, documente medicale, carantină la plecare sau la întoarcere. Totodată, anumite facilități sau servicii hoteliere (centru SPA, piscină, loc de joacă pentru copii, sală de gimnastică etc.) prezentate în descrierea serviciilor achiziționate, valabile și disponibile în momentul rezervării, să devină neutilizabile. De asemenea, pot apărea modificări în conținutul și modul de derulare a programului serviciilor de masă (meniuri stabilite etc.), precum și limitări în ceea ce privește capacitatea restaurantelor și a zonelor comune. Aceste circumstanțe pot fi determinate de modificări ale regulamentului intern al unității de cazare sau pot fi impuse de autoritățile sanitare din țara de destinație.
